today i ate..

  • 50g vogels golden crunch muesli with milk
  • 25g banana chips
  • 20 almonds
  • salad with lettuce, carrot, sliced chicken, lite italian dressing
  • green apple and mandarin
  • strawberry yoghurt and a bunch of grapes
  • big bowl of mince & macaroni pasta with cheese on top 
  • 5 dates

proud moment: the familia bought date scones from the supermarket bakery, and i got just dates instead so i wouldn’t be tempted. it’s working so far. also, BETTER DAY THAN YESTERDAY! wooo 

i went to the gym for the first time in about 2 weeks today (i’ve been sick) and it felt so good. i’m considering taking up running, though… never really done it before unless i was forced (lol) so i might start with couch to 5k… i started it ages ago but gave up at about week 5. the thought of waking up early to go on a run outside actually sounds REALLY good

  • half a loaf of garlic bread, dr. pepper and a mini packet of pineapple lumps (BIG OOPS)
  • 2 lamb chops, mash, peas and carrots

would’ve been a good if not for the mega afternoon tea.. big oops.
